| From 6th to 22nd January 2014 , the human resource department made annual assessment in YouQi, AoHan and SongShan branch.The officer listened to the reports of the branches and managements,made the 360 degree evaluation, talked with each staff and checked the branch staff daily examination and took part in the centre meeting. The annual assessment is well prepared, transparent, fair, objective, not only creating a good assessment atmosphere, but also assessed actual situation of each staff.
