| During 27 to 28 February 2013, the poverty scorecard training was delivered in Chifeng by Social Performance Management expert Cristopher Lomboy from Grameen Foundation, Ms. Lai Bingting, and Project Officer Li Ji from Youcheng Foundation. The 24 participants including Secretary-General, head office staff, branch management staff and rural loan officer received the training. During the training, the participants learnt how to use the poverty scorecard, how to use the participatory method to rate the wealth level and practiced in the field. |
