Deputy Secretary-General of CZWSDA Ms. Hao Jinlian visited Philippine and Hong Kong to learn

Deputy Secretary-General of CZWSDA Ms. Hao Jinlian visited Philippine and Hong Kong to learn NGO operations with the group of CANGO from 26 February 2013 for 10 days. She firstly visited Manila to learn ANGOC and its members for their history, development, current status, policies, legal environment, funding sources, services provided by NGO and their performance. After that, she visited a kindergarten sponsored by Hong Kong Charity Foundation, SKH Lady MacLehose Centre, and Christian Family Service Centre etc.
