Jiang Caiying, female, born in 1974, graduated from Chifeng Agriculture and Animal Husbandry School in Agricultural Economics and Management. Her wish is to commit herself to philanthropy since she was in school. She worked for CZWSDA since December 2004 and in last years, she worked for different positions such as loan officer, operation officer, branch accountant etc and has received a series of trainings and developed many working skills. Now she is Aohan deputy branch manager. She has received the award of outstanding staff in branch for 5 years and the award of outstanding management staff in 2009、2010、2011 by UNDP and CICETE.
