Hao Jinlian, female, Han Chinese, graduated from the Department of Economics, University of Inner Mongolia in 1989 with bachelor degree, and master degree in Quantitative Economics, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 2002. During 1989 to 1996, she worked for Chifeng Printing Group as a finance officer and in 1997 was transferred to the Municipal Women's Federation. Since January 2001, she was assigned as deputy secretary general of CZWSDA, mainly responsible for financial management and daily operational management; meanwhile she is also the trainer to internal staff and external visitors. She was selected as microfinance trainer of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2002-2003. In last ten years, she participated in many national and international conferences and seminars and has accumulated excellent working experiences in project management and microfinance poverty alleviation.
